Weekly Classes
Mondays: Creative dance for Children: Celebrating Imagination through Movement! Please join us for playful self-expression and the exploration of dance and improvisaton concepts for growing bodies and minds. 3-5 year olds: 4:15-5:00pm, 6-9 year olds: 5:15-6:15pm.

Mondays 6 - 7pm and Tuesdays 9 – 10am: Pilates for (everyone with a special focus on) Seniors led by Maureen Shea. Strengthen, stretch and explore movement principles. Classes are pay-what-you-can ($1-10). Maureen is a certified Pilates mat and Fletcher Towelwork instructor.

Tuesdays 7 - 9pm - Qigong: Key to the Warehouse of Abundance with Melinda Buckwalter. Explore the fascinating world of qigong. How can we encourage the circulation of energy in our bodies and in our lives? We'll research experiential energetic anatomy, qi dance, and qi healing. We will cultivate our energy through movement practices and meditations, and experiment with group movement of qi. Circulate, circulate, circulate! $10/ class or $32/full series.

Thursdays 7 - 9pm - Authentic Movement with Tish Petrushka. These classes offer an opportunity to experience different ways of practicing the form of Authentic Movment (moving with eyes closed and witnessing). Moving from impulses on a pesonal/collective journey, we'll explore the discipline and harvest for our Lives. $10/ class or $32/full series.

November 19 - 22 THE POETRY OF MOTION Improvisation and Partnering Skills with Kirstie Simson. Kirstie will give classes in dance-improvisation, drawing from her knowledge of Contact Improvisation, dance techniques, Aikido and her extensive experience of improvisation in performance.

November 19 - 22 CONTACT IMPROVISATION ESSENTIALS with Patrick Crowley. Come join us for a weekend of embodiment, skill building, and play though the practice of this magical form.

November 21 - New Performance Series - Dinner, Discourse, + Dance. Featuring Kirstie Simson and Patrick Crowley

Dancing for the solitary traveler mingled with surrendering to the flock, the herd, the swarm, the mob. The training ground is specific: ordinary gestures and risky influences, solos in the four quadrants, the Five Eye practices.
